Refund policy

At this time, we do not accept returns unless an item is defective or damaged.

If there is a sizing discrepancy, we will offer an exchange or store credit within 15 days of receiving the item.

For damaged or defective items, please email inclusivecorecollective@gmail.com and include your order number within 14 days of delivery. If approved, we will send you a return label to ship the item back. Once the item is received, we will issue a refund within 10 days. Please note it may take longer for your bank to process the refund. If it has been 15 or more days, please reach out to us via email!
